Aguilera
My visit was in 2018 but he made an impression. He is blunt, so prepare for that. Above all, though, Dr. Aguilera studied at Harvard University and has the intelligence to prove it. He knows this stuff, and I had a spinal surgeon in the area to whom Aguilera sent me for a second opinion. That doctor said, “If Dr. Aguilera doesn’t know what is wrong, you aren’t going to find the answer in Fredericksburg because he is the best in the area (or region). He has a sense of humor, maybe dry but I noticed it. I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends, and if needbe, I will choose Dr.. Aguilera every time (so long as he hasn’t retired).

Nickname 'Dr. Pill-happy'
I was Dr. Aguilera's patient from August 2001 to late spring 2003. During that time, he cycled me through more drugs than I can even track now. He repeatedly misdiagnosed my MS symptom recurrences as relapses, each time saying I needed high-dose IV steroids. He convinced me to try a dangerous drug (one now off the market bc of patient deaths) by lying to me about the treatment protocols and procedures. He gaslit me over available research, laughing and telling me I was mistaken if I mentioned available medical studies I'd read. He seemed angry at me for being chronically ill, like it was my fault what he did didn't work. When I asked for my records, I was told a copy would cost $1 per page, and the max they would give me was 40 pages. FORTY PAGES. Dr. Aguilera may be good at something, but he had no idea what he was doing in 'treating' my MS, in treating me. What a miserable experience.

Didn't listen to what I had to say. Rude and condescending. Called in medication that my chart clearly stated I was allergic to. How can you possibly trust someone who does that? Definitely won't return to see him.

This doctor was the most rude and condescending jerk I've ever come across! Acting as tho he is the professional and do NOT question him, because he definitely correct! Didn't listen to a word I was even saying and offered no advice what so ever on anything! This guy just made up his mind on what I had within the first 2 min and that was it. And after I repeatedly tried to explain more he refused to listen. I've never been so angry with a doctor every before!
