called my sons primary care physician because he had a rash on his neck and face and a high fever. Receptionist told us to come right in because although they're open until noon, if Dr. Del Pilar "dont have patients coming in, they close early" Less than 5 minutes later, they call me back and tell me that they have to pre qualify patients before they are seen and cant call mine because it is a Saturday. I ask if that means my son cant be seen and she says "THERE YA GO" this is my regular family doctor. I was just seen last month. I have an appointment later on this month. My insurance hasnt changed. They arent magically "out of network" or at risk of not being paid. I asked if I could pay up front for the appointment and once they could call and double check my insurance Monday have my money refunded. She said it was $200 for the appointment, but she couldnt guarantee how quickly they could refund my $200 even after they qualified my insurance. THIS IS MY SONS FAMILY DOCTOR.

This is the worst doctor I have? ever visited. I visited once at the insistence of my therapist that I find a primary care physician for my depression and anxiety. My appointment was at 9:30 and I did not leave the office until 1pm. In that time, I saw the doctor a total of maybe five to ten minutes. They ran unnecessary tests without asking or saying what they are for and sent them off to a lab where they didn't give my insurance information to and I was given a bill from Quest for $1,500 that I didn't knew I had that is due at the end of this month! After all my testing, I had to DEMAND to see the doctor as they tried to send me home without any care whatsoever . When i did see the doctor, (the woman) she had the worst bedside manner possible, telling me not to get tattoos (which were all done in a shop) as well as telling me I wasn't really depressed (at first they lost my depression screening results). People who aren't depressed don't tell people that they have seriously

I am 100% satisfied with Dr Arnold Del Pilar. I will never go to anyone else. Because of his thoroughness He was able to identify exactly what has been wrong with me. No other doctor in the last three years has ever been able to diagnose my issue. So to those that say unnecessary test I say speak for yourself. I cannot speak more highly of this doctor.

After several "red flags" with this doctor, I have found a new one. First of all, staff is rude and incompentent. Dr. del Pilar spent a total of 10 minutes with me, quickly dismissing all of my concerns. Come to find out weeks later, he had charged my insurance for an EKG and a vision test that was never performed. I have since found a new doctor who has addressed all of my concerns and I'm now in the process of filing Dr. del Pilars office for insurance fraud.

This doctor shouldn't be a doctor, he is arrogant, uncaring he is only interested in money! Constantly having you come in and won't put refills on any medicine your taking! Doesn't listen, doesn't give you any time, has his incompetent staff who can't even take a proper blood pressure right! He constantly contradicts himself! Does unnecessary tests and procedures! Treats you like a number, takes 3 hours for appts, hates fat people! This doctor sucks and I can't wait to get a new one!

He found a tumor on my thyroid gland and set up a biopsy in 2 weeks. I just went to my appt and they informed me that he wouldn't be doing the biopsy, i was just there for the referral. That upset me but when doc came to see me, he told me I don't need a biopsy now and if it is cancerous, the cancer wouldn't be a huge issue until 10 years down the road. Plus he told me I don't have asthma anymore. I've had it since I was 10 and I'm a smoker. He refused to prescribe me an inhaler. Don't trust him

This was the first time I saw Dr. Del Pilar. I took my 3 month old baby to him and he was extremely nice, smart and respectful. I have had bad experiences with my other two children's past doctors and they need a new doctor, so I will not only be keeping him as my babie's doctor, but I would also like to eventually try to make him my doctor for all 3 of my children. It is an urgent care unit also, so we waited over an hour after course appointment time, but it is worth the wait for a good doc

I was nervous to go to a different doctor, but my family doctor has weird hours and I had a really bad sinus infection, so I came to this office and he got me in right away. He also had a great sense of humor and I will be returning. The staff was also very helpful and very cheerful!

I waited over an hour and a half to see him last time and he left for the day without even addressing my main concern. Today I have waited over an hour again. I would leave if I hadn't already paid. He talks over me when I try explaining my symptoms. I have had back pain for over 4 years and he is the second doctor I've seen for it.
