35 minutes out and canceled!
Waited 6 full weeks for the appointment and 35 minutes before the appointment they called and canceled! Wouldn't even reschedule me, I had to call back and the best they could do was another 3 weeks. Time to find a Dr that can at least keep an appointment.

Most polite, caring and down to earth doctor
If you are looking for someone who listens to you, cares about you and explains everything to you in detail than he is your doctor. I love Dr. Patel he has been my PCP for last 5 years and I am glad to have found him through a friends recommendation. His staff is very helpful and polite as well. I never felt rushed and he takes his time. Best doctor ever. I have referred a lot of my friends to him as well and they all love him.

This man should not be in the medical field! Not only did he seem annoyed that I was there, but he never even put a stethoscope on me! He said go home and take ibuprofen...when I left his office I went to the E.R....I had Sepsis. I almost died because of his incompetence!

waited long time in back office/exam/room dr said he would help me with a referral to pain clinic its been 8 days and still no reply/ no follow up. Guess its time to find another dr.
