Dr. Art Tontiplaphol, MD

I had not seen him in 3 years due to HMO telling me I didn't need to be seen. He ' scolded ' me for that. Then I needed clearance for a minor surgery . He refused. This making me have to go through hospital ER. I believe he did this since I hadn't seen him. He also did not return phone calls. Getting through to leave a message was hard.

The office will not return my calls after I have left messages for 3 days. It goes straight to voicemail and ask to leave message I don’t know why if no o e calls you back. Very hard to talk to someone due to many doctors in offices. In his office they are not there or don’t care

I was expecting to be seen by someone who would listen and explain my symptoms away, but I got the complete opposite. Dr. Tontiplaphol was SUPER thorough and kind. The first thing he said to me was, "Tell me everything that's been going on. Start from the beginning." He listened to ALL of my concerns and made me feel less crazy. He went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was overlooked. I am beyond grateful and confident being in his care. THANK YOU!!

I was referred to Dr Tantiplaphol by my family doctor. He explained testing he had ordered and listened to all my concerns. He was very attentive and pleasantly answered all my questions in a manner that was easily understood. He fully explained all the results of testing to my satisfaction. His office staff was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Tontiplaphol and his staff are very kind, caring and compassionate. He and his staff brought calmness to what might have been a very stressful situation. Highly recommend to anyone needing cardiac services.

I had an echo-cardiogram and a follow-up with Dr. Tontiplaphol. He explained that I had a heart valve problem and I'd need a CT Scan to determine what was needed to correct the problem. He gave me several options that we would discuss after the scan.

The visit was virtual and it went very well with Dr. Tontiplaphol. Very respectful and follow patient privacy to the utmost.

I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Tontiplaphol. It is always a pleasure to visit the office without being nervous. My health had very much improved with his caring professional and dedicated service. Whenever I changed primary care physician, I always make sure that I am able to stay with Dr. T. Seeing a heart specialist can be scary. However, Dr.T reviews all options for service and lives up to the standards afforded him in the most ethical professional way possible. I highly recommend him for all cardiology related services. I think that healing can begin if one could trust the care and the provider who is responsible for the care you receive. Dr. T has a caring personality that makes the tough visits go great.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tontiplaphol for a few years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's caring, patient, and thorough. He made me feel at ease at my first visit when I was feeling anxious about everything that was going on.

Is was on facetime, but Doctor T. was efficient and got directly to the results of my Echo and Stress test. Luckily, my condition is basically unchanged and he won't need to see me again for 6 months, I hope in person.

The visit with Dr. Art is always exceptional. Our conversations of my condition is always informative. He answers all my questions and considers my opinion.

I enjoyed my visit to the Doctors office. Dr Tonti was knowledgeable and very nice.

Dr. Tonti is an excellent cardiologist. Not only is he intelligent and knowledgeable, but he is compassionate and caring (something not easy to find in many physicians today). I recommend him highly. PS His staff deserves the highest marks as well.
