Dr. Arthur Benzick, MD

I've been seeing Dr Benzick for over ten years. He is a phenomenal doctor. Sensitive to our needs. Respectful and attentive. Very sharp guy. His nurses have changed over the years and I miss his old staff.Regardless, Dr Benzick has been an amazing help to our family. Multiple times he's helped our kids get the referral they needed and he's very thorough. He always takes our concerns seriously and communicates quickly and effectively. Wonderful bedside manner and I trust him.

We were highly selective in finding the right pediatrician for our twins who were born extremely preterm and had associated medical problems. Dr. Benzick was highly regarded by several NICU health care providers and actually popped into the NICU to meet our babies well before they were released. Our kids are almost 14 now and choosing Dr. Benzick has turned out to be one of the best parenting decisions we have made. He is accommodating when we need him, listens to us, and he is also proactive about our kids’ health - in overcoming comprehensive preemie related problems and in identifying issues along the way that may have been overlooked by others. We hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon and we don’t look forward to aging out of such great care.

Dr. Benzick has been great for our family. Extremely responsive, great with the girls. Calming influence. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Benzick is 100% our angel on this Earth. In 2008, my son went to him with some “symptoms@ that we could not explain. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way to Cook’s Children's in FW. There, they discovered he had already suffered a minor stroke and had an u ruptured brain aneurysm. We were CareFlighted to Children’s in Dallas and stayed for 11 days after brain surgery. To say I owe my life to this man is a vast understatement. All of my nieces and nephews go to Dr. Benzick. He is an MVP in his field. Thank you, Dr. Benzick!!!

Stay far away from Arthur Benzick. He was so combative, demeaning, and unprofessional. He made me feel so utterly uncomfortable that I left my hospital stay early. I would NEVER trust him with my child. Baylor should be ashamed to be in network with this disturbing pediatrician.

Waited on hold 10 mins to make an appointment to then wait in waiting room for approximately 55 mins for ultimately a 5 min visit for my kids' flu shots. There is a sign on the wall to please notify staff if you have been waiting more than 15 minutes. Why even put something like that on the wall?
