Yikes
Diagnosed my kid with scabies so I was rubbing scabies medicine all over her. She freaked so I used neem oil and washed every toy,stuffed animals tossed.Finally her regular Dr. Ordered Blood work done because child getting worse. She had chicken pox!

Doesn't listen and dismissive.
I'm writing this for a visit two years ago, as I still have terrible memories of it. My son was panicking over something that's completely natural. While we tried to calm his fears we thought that maybe something was actually wrong as he was waking up in the middle of night crying because of it. So I made an appointment for him to see a doctor asap instead of waiting a few days to see his primary. Big mistake. We get to the office and he immediately had me on edge. Before I even explained what was going on I could tell that I was not going to get anywhere with him. We were there a total of five minutes and all he could say was he's fine, it totally natural, he'll get used it. Of course I knew that was natural, but my child is in a panic all the time. He was dismissive about the psychological aspect. I was so frustrated I wanted to cry. I will not see him again. We will go to a urgent care before seeing him.

I don't know why a receptionist experience is affecting Dr. Blasberg's rating. He's a brilliant and compassionate doctor. Both my daughters have been with him since birth and he couldn't be more responsive to the concerns we have had over the years. Highly recommended!

Dr. Blasberg is amazing. He is very personable and knowledgeable and I trust him completely. If I have a question, he answers with supporting context, but guess me choice as a parent whenever he can. He was very supportive of me when I was struggling to give my child her needed antibiotics. I love the extended evening and weekend hours for urgent care, too!

never met Dr. Blasberg, I decided not to take my daughter to him after a horrible experience I had with the receptionist. I switched my daughters primary care pediatrician and thought I would take her there. After I had her medical records faxed over to them I called to check if they received them on 04/25/2016 at 1230 pm the receptionist was so rude and told me she would call me back but didn't and wouldn't even tell me if they received the medical records. she should not work in pediatrics
