Dr. Arthur Burroughs, MD

If you're lucky enough to have Dr, Burroughs as your doctor - then you are one of (no doubt) one in a 100,000 if not more to be taken care by a GREAT MD. I am 70 years old and have lived in two great states. I sincerely couldn't recommend a better physician.

Dr. Burroughs is the best doctor I have ever had. Patient, thorough, caring. Really listens. I have never been rushed during an appointment. He genuinely cares. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to deal with.

After many years as a patient of Dr. Burroughs, he did not have anymore time to talk to me. He also forgot to tell me about my blood tests showed I have stage 3 kidney disease. No time to talk?

Horrible

Have been going to Dr. Burroughs for several years. After each visit, I would come home and tell my husband that he really wasn’t listening to me and now I kick myself that I didn’t listen to my instincts. First, I came in for a Hep B vaccine. At my next appointment, he told me that I never came in for 2nd Hep B vaccine. He advised me that I received a Hep A vaccine. They had made a mistake and gave me a Hep A vaccine instead of a Hep B. Secondly, for year and half I made numerous visits for stomach aches and vomiting. At each visit he INSISTED that I had anxiety and prescribed anti-anxiety medicine. Even when I went back in with the same symptoms he would increase my dosage. Several times I mentioned that I had symptoms for ovarian or stomach cancer. He ignored me - never prescribed any testing until my husband finally yelled at him and insisted. Had CT scan and results Stage 4 stomach cancer that spread into ovaries. Perhaps Dr. Burroughs should listen to his patients!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Burroughs. He is thorough, very informed, professional and friendly. I've never been real comfortable with doctors or dentists, but with Dr. Burroughs, I have no stress - he takes a collaborative approach with me, and I really appreciate the thoughtful nature of his recommendations. He's just excellent!

Today,I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Burroughs for the first time. I particularly don’t take time to write reviews unless it exceeds my expectations. Dr Burroughs, took his time to listen to my past medical history ,health concerns and had excellent bedside manner.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Burroughs for almost 10 years. She is well-read, has great bedside manner, and is prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

One of the best Doctors

Dr. Burroughs is a true professional and one that sincerely cares about his patients. He is very thorough and professional. I would strongly recommend him to other patients.

Dr Burroughs has been our Doctor around 18 years. He has always show me and my husband kindness, excellent medical knowledge, takes time for our questions and explains medical information thoroughly. Most important he genuinely cares for is patients . We have always felt confident in him and would highly recommend. The office staff is friendly and always make you fell special.

He is amazing and knowledgeable! He is very attentive and really cares about his patients!

Worst medical experience ever. The computers are way more important than the people, but even they weren't right and didn't have the right information. When I gave him the right information, he didn't listen to it and repeated what the computer was saying. Assistants were the same way.

Very through and doesn't rush. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
