I had concerns about my abnormal heart rhythm. Dr. Chow spent a lot of time talking with me about the condition and options for further evaluation. Overall, he seems thoughtful and attentive, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Chow is an excellent doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He really spend time listening to you, and explains things clearly. I have recommended Dr. Chow to friends, and they have been happy too. Thank you, Dr. Chow.

Very Poor experience. The office staff was abrupt - no warm welcome here. Commnication style was lacking in procedural information. Treated more like cattle coming in than human. Wait time was down right inconsiderate. No apologies or explanation given. If you cannot see your patient within 15 or 20 mins TOPS of their appointment time, then you are overbooking and being rude. Dr. Chow, your patients have a life and commitments as well. You need to make some changes.
