I know Dr days from Joplin MO. He is way too inclined to try experimental or unproven procedures rather than looking to save the most function for the patient. He is a brilliant Dr who seems to be more suited for teaching.

Dr. Daus saved my life after I was hit by a drunk driver on the highway. He did such a good job with my surgery and suggested an intense physical rehab necessary for my recovery. He made it very clear that following his recommendations would give me the best chance for success, and it worked wonders. He is a fantastic person as well. It was obvious that he cared about his patients and always did his best. He always gave back to the community, and all I can say is thank you.

Dr. Daus was a fantastic surgeon and always took the time to help whenever I needed him. He was always super busy because it seemed like none of the other surgeons were ever on call. By far, he was the best neurosurgeon in Joplin. I thank God every day that he was there to help me, and it is disgusting what some of these other reviewers have written. In fact, the negative reviews sound like they were written by the other, less talented neurosurgery staff at the hospital.

He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he performed surgery at the highest possible level. After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to discuss my fantastic experience. I followed all of the post surgery recommendations, and I have fully recovered from my workplace accident. It seems like some of the reviewers didn't follow their aftercare instructions and had less than ideal outcomes as a result.
