I have never met a doctor that was so cold and uncaring. I believe he has no business even treating patients. Please save yourself the grief and find someone else. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr DeCross saved my life. My Drs referred me to him after failed treatments and suffering. I highly recommended him because his clinical expertise is rare in GI issues. I have regained quality in my life. He’s outstanding.

I moved and needed a new GI doctor. Was told Dr.Decross took my case. My previous surgeon sent all my records- I needed a appointment ASAP. Called numerous times to be told they would call me back. Have yet to hear from them. I chose a different doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. DeCross for over 20 years. I don't only say I would recommend him I actually have recommended him to at least five people. He may not have the warmest bedside manner( do any specialist really ?) But he is smart and trustful and thorough and there is nobody else I wouldn't trust with my care or that of my friends or family than him. After years of frustration he listened to me and diagnosed me and I have never felt safer or more confident with a doctor ever

I have a large Hiatal hernia. I have had this condition for over 20 years. Without medication, I am unable to keep food down. I moved a few months ago and attempted to set up an appointment with Dr. DeCross. I called at least 20 times over a period of two months and each time his staff told me about a different item that I would need to provide before getting an appointment. I did everything requested and still no appointment. Just a run around. Lazy staff and uncaring doctor.

I had a rather urgent GI issue with no previous appointments or issues. Within 2 weeks I had my initial appointment, colonoscopy, diagnosis, and follow up. That is impressive by any health treatment standard. I was taken in EARLY for my appointment! He was very knowledgeable and I feel like I'm in good hands for my now lifelong condition.
