Careless and Rude
Dr Geller never bothered to look at bloodwork which showed my parent had a liver problem, despite fact he ordered the bloodwork. His office staff refused to give my parent an urgent appointment when pain became debilitating. After being rushed to ER, parent was diagnosed with end stage pancreatic. Dr Geller was dismissive of my parent’s questions and concerns and was condescending to me: he made a horrible diagnosis a total nightmare through his complete lack of compassion. Couldn’t be bothered to sign hospital discharge orders and repeatedly upset everyone during the last few days my parent was still able to experience anything but pain. I wish someone had warned me to keep my beloved parent away from this guy. Please learn from my experience!

A caring physician
I had a gall bladder attack and needed to speak to Dr. Geller, my gastroenterologist The previous night was a nightmare. When I called his office at 9am the following morning the secretary was courteous, but informed me Dr. Geller had the day off, but she would leave him a message. Within 90 minutes Dr. Geller called me. We talked and he squeezed in a next day appointment. I cannot express how empathetic, caring and warm a person Dr. Geller is. He is a gem.

I visited Dr. Geller with my aunt and he is the most compassionate physician that I have ever been to. He sat down with her and took all of the time to get to know her, learn about her medical history, and focus treatment on her personal needs. I have never met a doctor who cares this much about each patient. He is so personable and patient with everyone in the office.

Dr. Geller was a kind and compassionate doctor when I brought my mother in to see him. He spent so much time making her feel comfortable and was one of the first doctors who actually sat and listened to her. My mother is now back to her old self and has not felt this good in years. Thank you Dr. Geller, and I would recommend him to everyone!

Being a diabetic I had some very specific needs as they pertained to having a colonoscopy. Dr Geller totally understood where I was coming from and made sure that those needs were all taken into account before and after the procedure. Very thoughtful, polite, professional and extremely competent!
