Bad aftertaste
Waited for the ‘interview’ for almost a month to get into practice because this one is affiliated with Englewood hospital. Came and listened to blabbering monologue about all the ‘horrors and complications that might happen’, zilch compassion, zero manners, uptight attitude, not once an eye contact. My husband was furious. Left for good and decided we’ll find another way. After a month got a bill for this pathetic waste of our time.

Vile and Rude
I forgot to add to my most recent review the most important information. The initial review was where I shared how rude and condescending he was. Immediately after I gave birth (and I mean immediately) I asked how my baby was and his response was “wow, what a neurotic mom”. I found that to be so incredibly rude. I forgot to add that at the appointment I had after I gave birth where he had to check me because I unfortunately tore during birth, I communicated to him that I wasn’t healing properly where the stitches were. His response while looking at me down there was “who cares? Do you plan on becoming a *hawaiian tropics* model if you know what I mean”. I was floored and completely appalled. I wish I was joking. This was years ago. I shared this story so many times that someone finally told me to put it in writing. The timing doesn’t matter, it happened.

If you want a doctor who does not engage, condescending, elitist, racist and prejudice then Dr. Gross is the perfect doctor for you. He is the worst vile individual I’ve met in a long time. I’m so glad he offended me multiple times during my consultation and I didn’t have waste any of my time with him.

My cousin recommended this practice and I'm glad she did! I've been seeing Dr. Gross for almost 20 years now. I've moved further away from where I lived when I first started with this practice and I will take that long drive any time, over finding a new doctor. He's always taken the time to explain things thoroughly, he's been sensitive to my situations, and helped me feel comfortable.

I was 2 months pregnant when I called for an appointmt. He cancelled my appointmt, made me wait for a month for an appointment, then told me that he cannot “accept” me because I do not have any records for the last month. How could I if you do not see me for a month?! Now I need to get another appointment from another dr which will take about 3 weeks,so I am not gonna see a doctor for almost 2 months totally! That is not acceptable at all! I don’t know how the babies health is and Im crazy worried

Dr. Gross is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I have never met a physician who will speak with you as long as needed until you are comfortable. He doesn't rush you and is never too busy to call you back. He will explain things as long as needed until you understand. Dr. Gross cares about his patients unlike any other Dr. I know. He goes above and beyond. Additionally, he is very very knowledgable and I feel as if I am in excellent care. I would without question reccomend Dr. Gross.

He is not overly “kind” or “soft.” He is very straight to the point, which I like but I know can be off putting to some. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped schedule me for all I needed quickly. Very efficient with his time and mine, and competent.

Dr. Gross is just amazing. So smart and caring. The nurses don't call you to schedule appointments or for patient results, he does. When you are pregnant you want a THOROUGH Doctor. I was 4 months pregnant with twins and and he was able to detect a particular serious birth defect in one of the babies which often goes undetected until later in pregnancy. He takes his time and looks at everything, you will never feel rushed. Excellent Doctor.

Dr. Gross has delivered all of my children and my sisters too. He was originally recommended to me by two local doctors who told me he delivered them too so I know he is not just king but good!. I recommend him and his partners to all my friends.

My experience was awful. Dr. Gross along with the other doctors at this practice are slightly below average at best when it comes to knowledge and experience. Let me spare you the trouble stay far far away from these butchers. You may be dying in your bed, Dr. Gross will finish his lunch before he comes to see you. He will send Dr. Martinucci, at that point you know you died and went to hall. They are the best form of contraception.
