The visit was fine. I have tried several times to contact them and no one answers. Left word to no avail. Called on the Medical line once and she answered. Asked if my orthotics had come in and if my insurance was going to pay. Not my job and the other lady not here, then hung up on me. Cannot get back to the office, she won't answer the phone even calling on the medical line.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tallis. He surgically repaired my broken foot, which hadn't healed properly. It is much better. Since my foot was injured on the job, and the Work Comp insurer was resisting my claim, I appealed to the Industrial Commission. Dr. Tallis prepared to testify 3 times. His testimony was postponed twice, before he could actually present his findings to the judge. He was thoroughly prepared and the judge sided with him, over the company doctor. I won the case because of Dr. Tallis. And he never sent me a bill for all of his extra work. From the doctor, to his staff, everybody I encountered at Associated Foot and Ankle Specialists was caring, courteous and professional. Dr. Tallis scores an A plus.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Tallis The first surgery did not work well. I continued to have pain, and received injection's for the pain in my foot to no avail. Dr. Tallis decided that I needed a heel spur removal. At the surgery center on 19th avenue in Phoenix Arizona. Before the removal I told Dr. Tallis doctor that I wanted him only to perform the surgery no interns. On the day of my surgery at the surgical center I met with Dr. Tallis before the surgery, I told Dr. Tallis that I wanted only him to preform the surgery. when I entered the surgery room, I saw Dr. Tallis was standing there in his civilian attire. A black Dr.was dressed in a blue surgical gown with his arms up in the air ready to do surgery on me, the next thing I know I was sedated. I believe the doctor Tallis never performed the surgery himself, like I requested. I also believe that the nerve was cut in my left heel by mistake, and now I'm left with constant pain, and the inability to walk well thanks to Dr. Tallis??

He has saved not only my feet, but my life. He really cares about me. He tells it like it is and in all of the problems I have had because I am diabetic I've never once doubted that he was in my corner.
