Dr. Ting is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon.
Family members and myself have been patients of Dr. Ting. Our youngest son was the first to see him. We've had nothing but positive experiences. As importantly I've known many professional athletes that have sung his praises. I've referred friends to Dr. Ting, each have nothing but positive comments about him.

A huge waste of time
Terrible experience, a huge waste of time! The clerks at the office are not capable of performing basic tasks, such as communicating with the insurance, etc. Also, if there is no one to answer your call, you are prompted to leave your name and phone number for a callback, but they never ever call you back! So, I was unable to get any help.

Dr. Ting did an excellent job repairing my torn rotator cuff and cutting/reattaching my bicep. I was out of the sling by Day 3 and back to work after 2 weeks. Also, back to yoga after 3 weeks in a limited fashion, but after 3 months am able to do most poses effectively. I am still healing, but I believe my Dr. Ting's surgical expertise played heavily into my quick recovery. His PT team is also good, definitely recommend Dr. Ting and his facilities.

Dr. Ting and his caring staff literally saved my son's career and possibly, his life. After a "specialist" in Palm Springs performed a bone graft and reconstructive surgery on my son's hand, which failed, we called other professional athletes and they all recommended Dr. Ting. Dr. Ting fit Jay into his schedule immediately, performed the necessary surgery to save his hand and encouraged him to get back to racing right away. Dr. Ting is the best in his field; don't risk going anywhere else.

Considering my treatment did not turn out so well, I will probably not refer. 6 months after partial replacement and I don't feel I will ever be right. Personally I think he is awesome, but my case did not have the result I expected.
