For over a month we have been waiting on a release form and nothing has been done. not even a phone call!!!!!!!!! Their office skills and demeanor need some major help!!!!!!!!!! Dr.Acosta has an agenda and it isn't your health. Kept on about depression and trying to put me on some pharmaceutical and he never answered my questions.
