I would NOT recommend this place to anyone
had made an appointment last week for today at 2:30 pm for an annual exam with one of the doctors. I started to feel bad over the weekend with some sort of cold and patiently waited for my appointment since it was so close thinking i was fortunate to have made that appointment. I was called to front desk after 30 min to be told my appointment didn’t appear. When i explained i had been waiting for days and wasn’t feeling well the receptionist went on to ask if i had taken a covid test and said it was a new policy and of course i had not because i was never told when i made the appointment which i explained to her. She kept insisting that there was nothing she could do and told me to go to a pharmacy and get one. she then called over the office manager that was close by and she also insisted on the same. i had to leave because they were basically accusing me of having covid. i had to proceed to an urgent care where i was given antibiotic treatment. the level of unprofessionalism is nuts

Always Consistent
Been a patient over 10 yrs and even had my mother become a patient. We see the PA Oldie and she is awesome. Listens, recommends, empathetic, and informative. The staff is familiar so, you always feel like family.

He NEVER sees the patient at the 1st visit My husband and me were looking for a new primary doctor, as ours has moved to another state. After a long search, we’ve selected Dr. Logrono and scheduled to have our appointments together, so we could evaluate him. It turned out to be a terrible experience! For starter, we’ve waited for one hour to be called into the consultation room. We’ve just sat there while the assistant was spending our appointment time to slowly type (with one finger) our information into their system. For our surprise, after spending almost 3 hours over there to see Dr. Logrono, Dr. Barski came to see us. Very politely, he asked if we wouldn’t mind to have one of his students to do the initial screening and go over our medical history. We’ve refused and I asked to see Dr. Logrono, and for my surprise, I was informed that he NEVER sees the patient at the 1st visit, but only for the subsequent follow ups. This doctor and his staff behave like they are above all

The best Doctor I have ever had! He is down to earth and has true concerns for his patients' good health. He goes beyond what is normally expected to achieve the good health of his patients, including home calls when needed.

I called yesterday Friday January 31st because I was really sick and wanted to go to the Dr's office. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that they were going to check my records and talk to any of the doctors. One hour later the same lady called me and I was told that they were not going to receive me because I didn't go last year for my annual check up. That my last visit was on Nov of 2018. That if I wanted to see the doctor I could call and set up an appointment to see if there was any availability next week. And she suggested me to go to any urgent care facility because they were not going to receive me. You know what, Dr Logrono? I had the flu. I went to the Urgent Care and was tested. I was almost hospitalized and none of you cared. I've been your patient for 15 years and I have noticed that for the last 5 years your office is a business, it's not a Doctor's office.

He is a great doctor-friendly and caring. Same with Dra. Paola. I have been seeing him for 9 years now. The new office is great, but service is poor. If you are lucky to get through on phone, you will get good service. Many times you will get shunted even during office hours to answering service which is just that--pass on notes. You have to listen to many minutes (15?)of music before someone will take your details. This current service is so bad, I am thinking of changing my primary doctor. What use is a medical provider if I cannot access when needed? My other doctors are open to email questions when needed. Hope Dr.Logrono can start something like that.

there's no extra poor option here? Everything is a complication when scheduling appointments. I have no trust on him or his staff. Don't try to call the office either, is pretty much pointless please hold!. No body seems to be able to explain things properly. I always leave the place with many an-answer questions, and several doubts about what's happening. The people that do the appointment scheduling and checkout are usually rude. I hope they can use these pointers to improve.

I have been a patient of Dr Logrono for many years.I recently had accute bronchitis. I asked to see to Logrono or one of his associates as a walking in patient. I was told to go an urgent care center. As I insisted I was told that if I go there was no garantee that I will be seen by any doctor.
