It is hard going to a new pain Doc. The first time I saw Dr. Raj, staff were kind and seemed caring. He reviewed my history of a (benign) spinal tumor that has been resected twice, 29 years apart, leaving me with substantial radiculopathy & mobility issues. He asked about my current meds, potential side effects and how functional was I on them. His questions were thoughtful and indicated to me a breadth of knowledge and a genuine concern for my well-being. He agreed to continuing with the medications and was interested in knowing how else he could help. He has since that time never appeared to be rushed during our time and seems genuinely interested in my quality of life. He clearly cares that I continue to function at my best possible and has gone out of his way to make sure we connect when technical difficulties arose. Staff are often busy when I call, but almost always return my phone message within several hours and sometimes I hear back from the Dr. even sooner thru the portal!

Can’t get scripts written properly for CVS -- had to call the office several times and nobody would pick up. Went back in person to get it corrected several times.

In a situation I feel helpless, Dr Raj offeres his expertise, gives me the information I need to make clear decisions, and helps me to be in control of my treatment. He is friendly and has a great bedside manner. I hate that I HAVE to see him for my pain, but I’m so grateful to have him in my corner. He truly cares, and has my best interests at heart!

Great doctor who understood my back issues and prescribed the proper procedure to address it. He has helped me to greatly reduce my level of pain and live a better life. Additionally, one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. His staff of nurses are knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive of this doctor--and they will convey that respect of this doctor to you on every occasion. Speaks volumes regarding his experience and capabilities. I highly recommend Dr. Raj to everyone.

Dr Raj has been treating me for probably 4 years now. He and his staff are absolutely fantastic. Sometimes there might be a little bit of a wait but, that is because they are so good. They is no cutting corner what so ever. To bad all health care providers can't treat their patients like these people do.
