Dr. Aruna Ganju, MD

This doctor is abrupt, arrogant and unconcerned. Doctor did not respond to questions. Tests she ordered were incomplete and required the practice manager to get the results. I filed a complaint with the practice manager. I will not return to this doctor.

After being hospitalized following a fall due to spinal stenosis, Dr. Ganju came into my room to discuss future actions. I'd started PT, so we agreed I'd continue with a new PT (the first was excellent but we thought a change would be helpful), plus steroid epidurals if needed. She was ready to recommend surgery, but we thought PT was making sufficient progress to warrant continuing and a third epidural. When the pain was still limiting my mobility, we decided on surgery, which she performed on September 29. As I write, I'm virtually pain free after only three weeks and continue to make excellent progress. I couldn't recommend Dr. Ganju more highly. She is extremely emphatic with an excellent bedside manner. And of course, she is immensely skilled in this very sensitive surgery. I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

Dr. Ganju, is an excellent physician. She listens carefully at each visit. She is clear and honest with the health plan she feels is best for you!

I had a full cervical fusion and laminectomy performed by Dr. Ganju in June 2017. I had a really hard time post-surgically because of all the work done. Dr. ganju and her special Nurse Blake did all they could to help me recover. I was still having pain and Dr. Ganju sent me to a physical medicine and rehabilitation Dr., because she thought I should be doing better (pain-wise) than I was. That did the trick! I received about 1 yr. of physical therapy that included dry-needling and deep-tissue massage and cupping. Today I feel good and am thankful to Dr. Ganju and Nurse Blake for continuing to care even post-op!! Thank you!! I’m so much better than I was before surgery. It was a big operation, and a long-recovery, but I would do it all again, because I have a much better quality of life now, thanks to her surgical skills and referral to a rehabilitation doctor.

Everything was handled efficiently, effectively, and compassionately.

Dr Ganju and her team spent the time to use models, images, and easily understood explanations of complex conditions. The large amount of information for the procedure was provided in a stream of smaller packs to help prevent information overload. Her team was extremely responsive pre and post procedure with additional questions/ concerns.

I’ve seen Dr Ganju in both her clinic and in the hospital where she performed surgery. It is impossible for me to come up with a single negative about this fine physician. She will spend as much time with you as you need and until you fully understand your medical condition and all your questions are answered. My surgical outcome is such a huge improvement in both my ability and also reduction of pain in only a few short weeks. I’m not saying everyone ‘s outcome is going to be as good as mine, but I am saying that if it’s possible, Dr Ganju will do her best to get that for you. Another bonus in seeing Dr Ganju is her staff. If you choose to, you are able to contact electronically 24/7 with requests or questions. No sitting on hold for long periods of time. This is a very efficient process.

Dr Ganju and her team were extremely attentive and professional throughout my double lamenectomy surgical procedure. Her health portal helped prepare me for the surgery before hand and has helped me to know what to expect after surgery. I appreciated all the infomation as I had never had previous medical procedures . In had immediate relief of all pain and numbness I had experienced before the surgery.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ganju. I was referred to her by one of her patients when 2 different doctors wanted to operate on my back to relieve debilitating pain that had put me in a wheelchair. Dr. Ganju identified a cyst in my vertebrate that was causing the pain & chose the least invasive procedure to burst it. Two days later I was walking normally & I have not had a problem since. Dr. Ganju is simply the BEST! She is highly competent, very compassionate, confident & efficient!
