He saved my life!
Dr. Peek was the hospitalist that was on call when I delivered my baby 3 weeks ago. I can’t say enough good things about him. He literally saved my life. Not only did he encourage a version so that I could have a natural birth (while the other staff was so ready to throw me in a c section); when I ended up hemorrhaging after the birth and my body was quickly shutting down (blood pressure dripping, heart rate 146, pale as a ghost, nauseous, about to bleed to death… Dr Peek kept everyone in the room calm and somehow stopped my bleeding. I can’t thank him enough. I definitely could’ve lost my life that day had another provider been in charge. I am so thankful for him and his knowledge/expertise and grace.
