Not at all
We got off the a rough start. She acted as if I was lying about my symptoms, going as far as to ask me if other people saw them. I was there for a follow up to some testing, and they didn't have them yet.

Didn't listen, dismissive and rushed through appt.
The doctor never discussed my symptoms and ailments with me. She suggested that I have a disorder for which I have no symptoms of, and then dismissed all of my concerns. I do not recommend her at all.

I ended up with Dr. Gajaweera on a blind referral as we were back n ROC after moving away a few years ago. I'm struggling with what we believe are vestibular migraines and was lucky enough to get in on short notice. I came prepared and found her very engaged, thorough and patient. The office was also able to get me an MRI appointment on short notice. So far I'm very happy.

Dr. Gajaweera turned us off immediately. When my 78 year old father was given his forms to fill out in the waiting room, he and mother sat and completed them. We didn't have to wait long. As we were on our way to the exam room, my father asked to use the rest room. Dr. G was visibly annoyed. As the appointment resumed, she was not patient with my parents questions, and made them nervous. I do NOT recommend this doctor for elderly patients.

My first appointment with Dr. Gajaweera was really good and then after that I found her to be condescending making me feel stupid and that I was wasting her time and extremely rude. No bedside manner which is a shame. I won’t go back.

When I first went to her she was helpful. The following visit she was rude and condescending and treated me as though she had other places to be. Such a disappointment.

Dr. Gajaweera is very kind and helpful. I am grateful that I was referred to her. In our visits, she gave me time to explain the complexities of I was experiencing and asked questions that helped get to the bottom of things. She's one of the best out there.

Awful bedside manner. Made my mom cry and basically told her she was crazy when there turned out to be quite a serious diagnosis. Wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

Rudest, most arrogant & disrespectful Dr I have ever seen. Codescending in her communications, does not want to take the time, does not welcome questions, cuts you off & interrupts. No class & no professionalism! Lied on my medical report. Dr has no ethics & has a horrible bed side manner. Lots of great neurologists, she is not one of them.
