DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES - They still wanted me to pay for their mistake. To recap: my wife went to get a full-face mask for me, she was quoted $110 dollars and was told this would be out of pocket and would not be covered under insurance (ie would not be submitted to insurance). 2 weeks later we get a bill where they charged insurance for $335 and they requesting we pay the remainder of the $93.13. Now keep in mind this was their error in quoting the price to a (customer/patient). Instead of saying hey our mistake we will take care of that for you - they still are demanding I pay the remaining balance of $93.13. Not sure if they understand a patient is also a paying customer and customer service is still part of the experience but sometimes in customer service, we do the right thing – take care of the customer. Needless to say, I will never return to this practice office. In addition they charge $280 for the mask and you can search online AirFitF30i mask and they start at $159.00.

I've seen Dr. Imam for over 10 years. He's always been very helpful. Not only does he listen, but he really wants his patients to feel better. He will go the extra mile! I actually had a brain tumor that was discovered on my optic nerve in 2019. It took a while to find a neurosurgeon, which only stressed me out even more. Yet, Dr. Imam helped tremendously during this time. He did research on who would be the best neurosurgeon for my case, as it was in a very sensitive location. He also met with me and my family, getting us in quickly, to discuss our concerns. Just being able to have someone on my side and help explain things really helped with my anxiety.

Dr. Imam was in a rush. Spent 10-15 min looking annoyed he had to be there. Front of the house staff Laura very unhelpful and rude when I asked for the results of my brain MRI. 3 weeks later and she says ‘well, no one asked for them’ - um not true. So you order an mri and dont think anyone cares what the results are? I’d never go back.

Dr. Imam has treated me for my MS for over 6 years now. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I never feel rushed, and he takes time to both explain and answer any questions I may have. I feel like a person and not just a number. He’s like an extended family member now because I have spent so much time in the office...lol. I will see no other Neurologist. He has helped me a lot and continues to do so. I highly recommend this doctor for those with MS.

His front office worked with my schedule as I was about to lose my current insurance. Also tech Lacie who did my sleep study was very nice. Dr was very good. Spent time and explained. My second sleep study didn't get entered in the computer so I will have to wait a few weeks but they promised to call if someone cancelled.

Very nice staff and doctor Asher Imam. I have been going to him for years now and my daughter and we both love going to him. even now that we self pay for only $100.00 is still cheap depending on how much you have to see him. but he is a great doctor.

Knowledgeable, experienced and to the Point. Listened to me and reviewed all testing done prior. HE actually called me with results, not a nurse. Feel very confident in his diagnosis.

At the recommendation of my Cardiologist, I made an appointment with Dr. Asher in November of 2015. I did a sleep study in early December and made it a point to remind them that because of my insurance, I needed everything handled in December, before my insurance ended. Several weeks went by and on December the 28th I get a call to come back in for yet another sleep study. I asked why another study was necessary and was given an answer that made no sense. I refused to come back for another study
