Dr. Ashima Singal, MD

I’ve been under Dr. Singal’s care for two years. She takes the necessary time to explain exam and test results, and doesn’t rush to suggest treatment without careful consideration.

I was referred to Dr. Singal, my husband, for Kidney Stones. If you ever had them you would know the amount of pain I was in. Dr. Singal and her staff are all helpful and compassionate professionals. They got me through my ordeal and I couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend Dr. Singal to everyone who has urology needs.

After suffering from reoccurring UTIs, for 10 months and going to numerous Dr appointments she found the problem on first visit. It was a allergic reaction to one of my medications prescribed by cardiologist. Stopped that medicine and all infection stopped.

Dr Singal is a very caring and compassionate physician .she listens to me when i see her and i never feel that she doesnt have time for me .she is quite a few years younger than i am which is good because i plan on seeing her regularly for the rest of my life.i have a significant number of friends who have developed prostate cancer ,some going on to die from this illness .as long as i have Dr Singal i feel i will have a good chance to survive if that illness comes knocking on my door !

My mother has stage 4 Lung cancer so any wrong decision can mean an infection. She put a temp pessari in and said "if it comes out you can put it back in, me?! Can u imagine how traumatic it is to push your mom's bladder back in her body? After it fell out dozens of times a day, which caused rash, red as fire skin. Thank God there was no infection. I called nurse today and her response was it's on back order & we don't know when it will be here. SO WHY AFTER 2 WEEKS (COMMITMENT MADE TO MY MOM) My mom was not even worth a phone call from them. Nurse? We do not do that. So disgusted & sad for my mom's perception that they just do not care she may die before even getting the pessari. Shame on Dr Singal

I find doctor Singal to be very humble and down-to-earth as a doctor and she is willing to listen to your concerns and answer questions. She shares her opinion and diagnosis but does not push anything on you against your will. I have had 2 successful procedures done by her and would recommend her to anyone.

Will never return to see her, would never recommend her

She definitely understood my problem as soon as I explained my problem. It tried explaining it to my other doctors and basically all I got was a run around. Thank goodness she understood what I was saying. Her total examine confirmed what I thought all along

Dr Singal is wonderful, caring, and very knowledgeable. Throughout my issues with kidney stones she was careful to explain everything, and quickly found a solution. I gave her 5 stars because I couldnt give six!
