Hard Pass
I saw Dr. Chopra several years ago for a colonoscopy. He found a benign polyp and removed. When we spoke about he said we should do another in a year. I asked him if that was absolutely necessary. He then told me, only if you don't want to die. Beyond ridiculous.

I would definitely not recommend Dr. Chopra to other potential patients. I found him to be extremely insensitive, curt, and dismissive. He had no compassion towards me whatsoever, and once he had made up his mind about my diagnosis, and decided he had done everything he could do for me, he essentially turned me away and told me I needed to seek out another physician. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with him. I honestly have never been treated that badly by a doctor before.

He gave me a colonoscopy 3 months ago. I started bleeding 8 weeks ago and can not get back in to see him. STAY AWAY! His nurse is very surly.

My husband went with me to my appointments and we were both so impressed with Dr. Chopra. On the initial visit, he was on time and knew exactly why I was there without flipping through my file before entering the room. I asked his nurse if he is always that well prepared and she said he comes in early to study his cases for the day. It showed! I would highly recommend him for his promptness, kindness, knowledge and thoroughness.
