She listened to me and treated me respectfully

It was a basic appointment - answered questions to the point that I understood the answers (unlike a lot of doctors), was willing to get several things addressed and taken care of and shed new light on pain I have been dealing with a long time and others didn't see this angle before so I am excited I might get this pain gone for good.

I think dr.aragons is one of the most in professional doctors, I made and appointment left work with the appropriate amount of time and was stuck in a traffic jam on I-75 I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and was about to turn into her practice and got the girls on the front desk on the phone to inform her I was running late and then I was told she would not be able to see me. Another time I simply asked if I could receive a steroid shot because I had a huge allergic reaction and she acted like I was some type of steroid junkie, and said it would be good to just give you an oral steroid, I spent 30 dollar copay to be looked down upon. Considering she was about 20 minutes late to even see me, at that appointment I don’t really understand why it would have been so hard to see me at this one. But I would never recommend dr Aragona to any one or her practice that is Orion family physicians

She has been seeing my 97 year old mom. This physician talks directly to her, making sure she understands what Dr Aragona is recommending. She also makes sure we’re clear also. She’s willing to spend time and really listens.
