Dr. Canipe listens and actually remembers what the patient tells her in connecting the treatment dots. Simply put, it has been my privilege and honor to be her patient. She is extremely competent in all respects. The Vero Beach Community is lucky to have such a medical provider star in its midst.

Dr Canipe is empathetic and compassionate. She performed my colonoscopy and ordered some tests for a potential problem with my gall bladder. She also directed me to a great surgeon and a new primary care doctor who I like as well.

Dr. Canipe seems to be incompetent at her position. I've been calling her office for over a week now to get the results of an abdominal ultrasound that my wife had, and each time I've called her staff tells me that she's not in the office, she hasn't reviewed the testing, and that my wife should just go to the ER instead. It seems that she spends her days at the hospital instead of her practice and is incapable of treating her patients in any kind of a timely manner.

Dr. Ashley Canipe is the most kind and compassionate Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to have attend me. I was very ill with a liver problem which she went to great lengths to help me solve, including late at night on her home computer looking for answers to my unique and unusual problem. She went way over and beyond the call of duty. I will add that I am quite well currently. I highly recommend this caring and wonderful Doctor.

Dr. Canipe is the best gastro ever! Was walking around with a tumor in my stomach that two other gastro's did nothing about. Dr. Canipe advised that further procedures needed to be done to see exactly what this was . . . it was cancer! She saved my life!

I was originally tense about the procedure as far as not knowing what to expect. Dr. Canipe came in and put my doubt and fears to rest quickly. She explained everything calmly and very professionally - yet in terms I can understand, making me feel extremely comfortable. She is also a very sweet Doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I can honestly say that I am sure that picking Dr. Canipe, without a doubt, was the reason that I had such a good experience with what is to me, the most uncomfortable of procedures.

Dr. Ca pie is NOT a compassionate physician and has no empathy for her patients. She spoke to me in a condescending way like a little child, she could use a little more training to learn how to deal with people. She does a good job with the technical part of her specialty but lacks in the follow up dealing with patients that come to the office. I would not recommend her.
