I was told to “google” a serious medical question regarding the condition she diagnosed me with — I’m assuming the next patient was waiting too long. Your local minute clinic will be more professional.

Waste of time. I know why the wait was so short now, no one wants to see this doctor. Quick to prescribe drugs without caring to understand the cause.

This is the worst doctor I have ever been too. She wears an N95 mask and a face shield making it impossible to understand what she is saying. I blew my nose and I was told to make a virtual appointment.

Dr. Denmark's staff withheld SSRIs from me, even though I had a valid prescription, because they misread their records. I was accused of abusing my SSRI prescription (which isn't even possible) because Dr. Denmark's office was not aware of how many pills she had prescribed to me. I went through 4 days of SSRI withdrawal while arguing with her office to correct this mistake, and they were extremely unhelpful and rude.

Awesome! Our introduction was warm and friendly and compassionate. When I spoke she listened without interrupting. And she took notes of what I said. I was so impressed with her as a doctor and as a person. I've been going to her for about 2 years now. We have a very good relationship. Something I didn't have with my last PC. Refreshing.

Dr. Denmark is very kind and actually takes more time to listen and address every issue I had. She will not just throw pills at you. She asks about diet, what’s going on in my life. She looks not a merely the symptoms but the root cause! Refreshing!

This doctor is not sympathetic or understanding to a patients needs. She is curt, and to me in my opinion uncouth. I have had doctors in the pass with BJC. I have never been sent to 2 locations then a telephone visit then a no I can’t help you. I can give you a referral. I maybe able
To give you medication. I can’t see you in the office. After attempting to regain me as a patient. She is not polished as a professional physician in my opinion.

She has a very strict policy: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, she will cancel and she requires you to arrive 30 min. PRIOR to your appointment time. Today was my first time and I arrived at 8:30 for a 9am appointment with my paperwork already filled out. I waited 40 minutes and still hadn't seen a doctor and had to leave to get back to work. Not a good first impression. The receptionist watched me walk out and didn't say a word; I've had zero follow up.
