Very positive experience
The office runs like clockwork. I waited just a few minutes to be called, and after an assistant put me into an exam room I had to wait for only a minute or two for Dr. DiLorenzo. She is approachable, kind, and knowledgeable and she addressed all of my concerns.

Easy to understand and effective
This doctor is worth waiting for. She is easy to understand, uses her time with patients well, has a calming demeanor, and is reassuring. The front desk staff is off putting, condescending, and has a problem with professional tone. If you can look past that and hold your breath, this doctor is worth the wait.

Personable and thorough
Dr. Dilorenzo is easy to talk to, patiently waited for me to find the pictures I wanted to show her, and completed our appointment without making it seem rushed. The office staff, while congenial, seemed to be backed up or moving slowly since I waited thirty minutes to be seen.

Great Dermatologist!
I messaged Dr. DiLorenzo prior to my appointment with a photo of my concern and she kind enough to fit me in sooner for the procedure, so that I wouldn’t have to deal with it over the holidays. She was patient, thorough, and gentle. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her!

Dr. Dilorenzo was Great!
She was very professional and knowledgeable, but also easy going and friendly which put me at ease which was appreciated as annual skin checks are not exactly my favorite thing to do.

Scalp issue
I found Dr.DiLorezo to be very professional and courteous, a rare combination , in my experience. She was patient and took the time to fully evaluate, explain her findings, provide a possible course of options and go over the specific medications we could use. I found the whole experience to be informative and pleasant. I'm greatful to have found her.

3 month follow up examination
Dr. DiLorenzo has an excellent chairside manner which is very comforting. She always performs a thorough examination and answers all questions asked. I actually look forward to my visits which are preventative in nature.

Checks carefully & provides clear answers
I recently had an annual exam. Dr. Dilorenzo does a careful check of every inch of skin, asking permission to view private areas, gives real time comments on what she finds, treats issues immediately, explains clearly what she will do, what she does, and what happens next. She answers questions concisely, but completely, and adds explanation if I request it. I never feel rushed. The office staff are professional, but friendly, and efficient. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Parking is free at her Silver Spring office.
