Terrible Dr and np. Had to suggest my own test to diagnose my own problem. Np refused to look at infection under my arm because it was a well visit and didn’t have time. What was I there for if unwell conditions are not treated. What do I have to make another appointment while I’m there. Also could not find blood work. Also took 3 weeks to call me and tell me my thyroid was low. I have 2 other Dr which are specialists. They both called me the next day and changed my dose the worst

Fired this Dr before I could get a third appt. Unprofessional and too young along with the nurse that works under her made this experience horrible. They are out for money; Only see this individual if you are in great health and are super young. Warning not for mature adults.

Absolutely love Dr. Kremer! Really upset she is leaving. Second female doctor to leave this practice in 2 years. She is very down to earth and it never felt cold or uncomfortable. I am not comfortable with a male doctor and very disappointed that they are not bringing in another female. They don't seem to care about good customer service or take in to account that some women prefer a female doctor. After I see Dr. Kremer this last time I will not come back to this group.

Surprised at the first review that was so negative with regard to the office. Have only experienced excellent service. ALWAYS see a Doctor. As for Dr. Kremer, nothing but good experiences. In all my years she is the first female physician I have ever had. Have always felt comfortable during every session. Frankly, she had a tough act to follow when Dr. Tyler left. But it was pretty seamless. That said, It is unfortunate she is leaving this practice. The next guy has two tough acts to follow.

Very seldom, if ever, do you actually visit with the actual doctor. The Sheridan Medical group is a classic Meat Market medical office. They operate on a total volume principle. This leaves the patients treatment being devoid of compassion, or empathy, giving the patient the sense that they don't care. Try calling the office if you want question their services and good luck getting through. Think twice before you make any decisions to base your primary care with this organization.

Dr. Kremer is a very contemplative, and analytical person. She has a warm side, is compassionate and always seems engaged and concerned. She listens intently, chooses her words carefully and thoughtfully, and is more than happy to share her thinking in an open dialog with you. She's trusting. She is very attentive to detail. She'll often see things in what I've said, that I hadn't been aware of, and reflect them back to me in helpful ways . I trust her, and her ability without reservation.
