One of the worst experiences we’ve had with a doctor’s office. Her office received a referral request for my son but the request was never sent in until I called weeks later. They expedited the request but after another few weeks, I found out the request was written up incorrectly. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER they told me the request was approved and then when I called to find out why it wasn’t being scheduled, I was told it was actually denied. NO communication in writing or email from Kaiser.
