I felt she was extremely unprofessional, biased, and judgmental due to the fact that my conversation with a staff, I have tinnitus, and no hearing in left ear, along with ADHD, I raised my voice, wich I do talk loudly, unfortunately I had waited patiently for an hr for this "specialist " for an hr to be greater with an aditude and judgment. I tried to calm the situation with a funny remark of her getting even with me joking. Obviously my character meant well, she didn't check my ankle, and walked out of the room telling me she was referring me to another podiatrist across the hall ,a week's time. I thought "specialists" were patient with there patients, yet I was seen in a professional manner. Hope she can find patience in time and age.

Told me she couldn't help me
I have a plantar wart. 'Dr' Mychak took one look and said she couldn't do anything for me. She also told me that she could refer me to someone out of my network because he had the machine that could take care of my problem. She also said she had been requesting that machine but the hospital was not supplying it. She did nothing to my foot...I'm not sure she even touched it when I held it up in the air for her to look at it. I can not believe that appointment cost me hundreds of dollars. I feel completely ripped off and, oh yeah, I still have the painful plantar wart. If you can't take care of such a common problem, then you shouldn't have a podiatry department. I protested the bill but of course Northern Light sided with the Dr. After all, it's all about the money. I took a day off from work for that appt. It couldn't have been more maddening and an extreme waste of time and money. She doesn't even deserve one star. I requested the Dr's report but there was no info on it at all!
