BAD! CHANGES CODES.
Changes codes. Never gives full free annuals. Fought it, but can’t win even with audio proof.

Great care
Been seeing Dr. So for over 10 years I always experience a positive outcome. I was in bad shape physically from a watercraft accident and she spent so much time with me checking me over for injuries. Professional, care and very thorough. I trust her with my care. very caring. What went well -Appointment scheduling -Office environment -Staff friendliness -Wait times -Appointment wasn't rushed -Listened & answered questions -Explained conditions well -Trusted the provider's decisions

Worst doctor
I went for thyroid checkup and all the reports came normal. But she increased the dosage from 88mcg to 112 mcg which I have never taken, whatever level of my thyroid was. I have tried calling, emailing asking what is the reason she has increased the dosage bit no response. Never visit this doctor who doesn't know how to take care of her patients.

I have been seeing Dr. So for a while now and every time I leave I beat myself up for not finding a new doctor. At first, I thought she was amazing as she quickly prescribed something for my PPD. However, when I went back in for blood work, she claimed my metabolism function was low, (not dangerously, I checked with another doctor) Dr. So JUMPED at the opportunity to prescribe me more medicine. I started the new prescription and experienced HORRIBLE side effects, including intense body aches and racing heart rate. She told me to stop it and said she only gave it to me to TRY AND LOSE WEIGHT! We never even discussed my weight, exercise, nor diet! I saw her yet again about six months later, for the benefit of a doubt, and she tried to prescribe the SAME medication. The office opens at 7am, yet they never answer their phone. Dr. So sounds genuinely concerned, but is so quick to prescribe medication. I will be switching primary doctors ASAP.

I've only been once, but she seems to be competent and caring. Her conversational manner is very blunt, something I'm trying to get used to.

Dr. So is a reasonably good doctor. I have no complaints as of yet. The appointment does feel a bit rushed but that has been my experience with every doctor I have every been to.

I visited Dr. So 05/2018 and left my follow-up appointment questioning her professionalism. Dr. So requested blood work after my initial visit and noticed my liver enzymes were elevated during our follow-up appointment. She immediately asked me if I was a drug or alcohol user, to which I declined. I asked if the high dose antibiotic I was prescribed for what was diagnosed as a respiratory infection could have caused my enzymes to rise and she declined. I later admitted myself to the ER due to a significant rash and jaundice where I was diagnosed with mononucleosis. The antibiotic I was prescribed at another clinic was contraindicated with mono and caused liver toxicity as well as the rash that was present on my body. Dr. So assumed I was a drug user instead of diagnosing me with mononucleosis, something she should’ve been very familiar with as a family physician. For that reason, I do not recommend her to ANYONE.

Office staff is abysmal!! No support or help. If you have an issue do not expect customer service or anything accomplished with competency. I love my doctor but the staff has made my experience dreadful. After being a patient for several years I just can’t take the poorly trained staff anymore.

I’ve never experienced a more caring and compassionate Dr in my life. I was in bad shape emotionally and she spent so much time with me calming and reassuring me there was hope. She has a strong Faith like I do and she reminded me of where my true hope is but she truly is excellent in every way. Professional, polished but personal ?? I’m trusting her with my care and have hope. Talk to her....she will listen. Give her details...she cares.

Do not give proper response to the questions you ask. I went there for just the yearly physicals and she converted the yearly free physicals to a regular visit without even discussing the problem and sent me a bill. I had similar experience with my friend and my wife and we all decided to stop going to her. I would never recommend this doctor t anyone.

dont go. youre in and out without her listening to your concerns. i came in for one problem and she addresses another. told me based on an xray my heart looked enlarged and wanted for me to get a sonogram. xrays are not accurate image tools for a heart...so why make that assumption? set me up with a cardiologist (in the same facility) and they started asking me if i wanted all these different tests done....when there was no reason to feel suspicious after sonogram came out clear. left with $475.

Although my one on one experience with Dr. So is much better than most experiences I've had (she's very attentive, offers many suggestions on preventative care/treatment), I must say I was surprised when I received a bill. With my insurance, primary care visits are only supposed to be a copay. However, since I was a new patient I was being charged a "new patient fee" of $334.00. In the future, patients need to be made aware of this.
