On time and got in and out in a reasonable time

Every thing about the appointment was great with the exception of one person at the from desk. She was very rude to me and the man behind me, a new patient to the office.

Dr. Reddy treated my husband for an infection for two years. His symptoms kept returning and he kept prescribing the same antibiotics. We asked for a biopsy and he assured us it was just an infection. Unbeknownst to us, an MRI came back suspicious for prostate cancer, but he never told us and didn't alter his treatment. Two years later my husband found out in the ER he had metastatic prostate cancer that had spread all over his body. When Dr. Reddy came to sEe him in the hospital (my husband could barely speak or swallow at this point due to a tumor), Dr. Reddy asked him 'How you doing buddy?' Seriously??? He just got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer because of your ineptness and that's what you have to say? RUN FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!

Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and kind. He let's you know test results and helps you make informed decisions about your health.

Visit was, as always, on time, efficient, and displayed concern for my care and outcome. Dr Reddy takes the time to explain each and every pertinent test result, diagnosis and plan for recovery. Would recommend Dr Reddy and MIU to anyone with genitourinary issues.

Well the waiting for the doctor was 30 minutes . Which isn't long . And the doctor explained my condition and followed up with tests. He was thorough.

Dr. Reddy is a great urologist! He's very down to earth, but still knows how to deliver information. He's also a super kind guy!

Ease of check-in, the staff is so personable, and Dr. Reddy goes over everything with you and really explains what is happening.

Front office staff were unpleasant and near rude at reception. Mumbled, quick words and unfriendly to start. Immediately directed to billing discussion for all to hear in waiting room. No diplomacy in conversation. A matter to be handled 'behind the door' IMO. Also, background music not conducive in waiting room and office IMO - made me feel uncomfortable.Once in patient room, the nurse prescribed a particular exam I felt unnecessary. Fortunately, I was able to decline. Once Dr Reddy appeared, he seemed to be in a rush. I had to slow him down to walk him through current medical history and ask about future plans for treatment. Office visits are expensive and doctors should take their time with patients and not make them feel hurried. He is a knowledgeable and skilled physician and I want to experience his full attention and understand a thorough diagnosis of everything going on. I don't want to have to ask all the questions to feel adequately advised of my condition and next steps.

Dr Reddy preformed a surgical procedure for me and oversaw my aftercare.All went well
