Dr. Ashraf Hanna, MD

Dr. Hanna is very rude. The last visit with him was to go over blood work. As usual, he said everything was fine. When I tried to talk to him, he told me to let him talk and speak when he was finished. Only for me to go to one of my specialist that I see who also took a look over my bloodwork that he had drawn and noticed that my iron levels had been very low for some time. The specialist said that he should have seen that and been doing something about it. I was told by the specialist to go see a Hemotolgist. When I called Dr. Hanna’s office for the referral he refused to give to give me one.

cut my session short, said he needed to stay on schedule.

Had the exact same experience all the other negative reviews have stated. Came in for a few minutes and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. He didn't even tell me what he was prescribing me until I pushed him on it. I can see why he was the first doctor available, absolutely terrible. Completely rude and unprofessional.

I came in with what I thought was a double ear infection. He took one look in my ears saw no redness said there was no ear infection. Felt my jaw saw I had some discomfort (of course I did he pressed hard) said my ear pain was differed pain from TMJ pain. Wrote me a prescription for off brand Aleve. If he would have let me speak I could have told him why I thought it was an ear infection, but I didn’t get a chance. In and out within two minutes. Looked at my ears and throat asked me two questions. Very scattered brain and unprofessional. Wish I went to Muncie instead, waste of time and I’m still in pain.

Chronic pain I endure is often debilitating, however, the compassion he extends is so much appreciated. With his help, the pain is managed and I don’t know what I would do without it.

He is absolutely amazing. He helped me find the right medication for me after multiple trial and errors.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Dr. Hanna. He's delivered all of my children over the past 20yrs. He's understanding and my family loves him. Good Dr.s are hard to find and he's a FANTASTIC Doctor!

Great doctor cares about your health

He was extremely rude and condescending. He prescribed me medication but didn’t tell me what it was or what it did. He provided no information about treatment plans. He would ask confusing questions and when I didn’t answer the way he wanted he would get frustrated with me and belittle me.
