After seeing multiple doctors going through physical therapy and mental therapy I was sent to a pain management doctor Ashraf Nassef. I was a widow with five high school children at home racked with worsening pain from many years of multiple increasing diseases (arthritis, gout etc.) and years of accidents from broken neck to many other bones, and not to mention shot nerves. Now I can get out of bed and spend time with my grand children. The wait may be long, but I’ve experienced that almost everywhere. He listens and takes notes every visit and checks in on progress consistently. He’s not there to chat, wants to discuss health and next steps. He always asks about my kids and never stops trying to get me healthier for them.

I've been a patient for 8yrs far TOO long. My avg wait now is 3+hrs. Dr HAS NO STAFF! Unless you count his "buddy" John who DOES have 1/2 naked girl pics. Dr Nassef Doesn't do Prior Auths. OR they're incorrect since he can't keep MA's/ receptionists. Office is NEVER clean, "his Buddy" John is rude & crude. With Dr, you never know what side of him you'll see. Dr Nassef makes the Appointments FOR YOU, doesn't ask just hands it, OR he changes it by phone- we are Expectied to comply w appt changes, even if its Not good for you. I'm so Done! Plenty to report to the AMA as soon as I leave. PS Good Luck getting your Own Records to Leave him. another law broken

People complain of a wait.all dr.appt.you wait.I have been to so many drs.i was ready to give up.he may not have a hold you hand bedside manor.who care.he gave me my life back.i can get out bed.i can be there for my children.i no longer lie curled in a ball screaming or crying.no I am not pain fee but I am notched pain down to the point that j can do things and ultimately that has had a positive effect on my physical problems and on the depression that comes with non stop pain.he gives hope.i do not believe I would still walk this earth without him.if you wont follow his rules you are out and I believe that bad reviews come from drug seekers he saw thru and sent on thier way

I wouldn’t recommend seeing this ‘doctor’ to anyone. Always at least a 2 hour wait before he sees you. He’s condescending and cares nothing for his patients. I was also disturbed by the many photos of what appears to be an underaged female in a bikini all over his office.

Horrible doctor! He's only in it for the money so he can afford his BMW, wife's craving for social standing, and his house in Indian Hill. I left his practice several years ago and would never return. I STRONGLY urge patients to find better doctors. They're out there! Don't accept Sub-par treatment!

I would give him no stars if possible. I waited for him to show for three hours and nothing! I had to leave without being seen. What a waste of time. He obviously has no care of patients time and problems.
