This doctor is awful! Do not take your children to him! He should not even be allowed to practice! He even yelled at my child multiple times for no reason!

If you don’t want any sugar coating and you want real answers, see him, now. If you can’t handle brutal honesty, you won’t understand his methods. It’s painful to hear the brutal truth sometimes. But sometimes we don’t know what we need and we have to accept facts from others who are qualified to deliver the facts to us. I assume it depends on each person, but I prefer to know the facts. And Dr. Syed will give you the facts no matter how painful it could be. People say he is rude and disrespectful, but I believe it’s a natural response for someone to feel negatively about the deliverer of facts that are brutally truthful. If you prefer a doctor who will tell you what you want to hear then you are choosing a doctor who isn’t interested in truly helping you.

He is not a friendly doctor. He is very rude and disrespectful. He does not know your child's diagnosis so he call your child mental and tells your child that they are going to end up in the crazy house if they don't stop faking. What child would fall down and constantly hurt him/herself because they want attention. He said "Your child is faking just to get attention". He is rude to the child and is rude to the parents. The first time we went to his office he said my child's story was a lie.

Dr. Syed did not give up on us as others have. He pursued my daughters case until we finally got the diagnosis we've searched four years for.

Do not take your child to see this Dr!!!! It was such a traumatic experience that my child has tremendous stress when she has to see a Dr or even knows if she has a Drs appointment. He misdiagnosed her condition 100%! DO NOT take your child to see this Dr!! We were warned about this Dr by my child's pediatrician but we had to see a neurologist asap. Huge mistake!!!

Went for son having mild seizures, and the min we walked in all he could talk about was how many behavioral problems he has and that he was stupid and border line retarded. I will not be back. Just drive the extra miles and go to Childrens and see a real dr.! I know my child has problems, we have a speech therapist, behavioral specialist, general dr. Needed a neurologist!

My child was having seizures he told my child that he was faking the seizures. He also told me and child that he needs to be seeing a psychiatrist not a neurologist. Myself and my child left very upset and we will not be returning to his office.

From the time he walked into the room, with NO understanding of our family situation,he immediately asked me why I wasn't sitting beside him (my ex-husband). I was standing beside my child, the patient, while she sat on the exam table and my ex was holding my other child. He chewed me out for 15 minutes and blamed her tics on me, and her home life with me, and my relationship with her dad. Of course ex was happy, loved the doctor bc of this.He has no idea what we've been through,I left in tears
