Dr. Ashwini Ammunje, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Ammunje for a year and am happy to follow her to Stellar Medical Group. She always shows genuine care and concern during my visits, making me feel heard and understood.Dr. Ammunje listens carefully and takes her time to address all my questions. Her explanations are clear, and she offers thoughtful advice. She never rushes through appointments, which I appreciate.Her new office at Stellar Medical Group is great, with excellent facilities that match her high standard of care. I highly recommend Dr. Ammunje to anyone looking for a caring and professional primary care physician.

Good diagnostician. She is always right, even when I don't listen to her, or agree, or am unsure, there has never been a single time in many years she was not right. She also got it right when other doctors got it wrong, or didn't know what was wrong. When she doesn't know or is unsure, she says that, does research, refers to a specialist and gets notes from all the specialists, has even called and talked to them. She goes above and beyond. She is empathic and caring, and supportive, listens actively and responds. What else can I say, she does not make you jump through hoops of useless tests, but doesn't underprescribe, either, in my opinion. She treats you with respect and as an equal. The staff is friendly there and competent. They are prompt and professional. I couldn't be happier with my televisits or in house visits.

What a breath of fresh air. I had my first appointment yesterday. I called a few days ago to book a new appointment (new Patient) and the first time they could give me was Feb. 7th. Staff was very polite and helpful and I told the girl if you have a cancelation I would take it. They remembered and I was called 2 days later. I was really impressed. Dr. was so wonderful. She talked to me a lot, spent time explained things. It was just a great appointment. Glad I found her.

Dr Ammunje should be called Dr Amazing! I've never had a doctor who is as caring, considerate and knowledgeable. She has also referred me to specialists I need and they have also been top notch; one even saved me from surgery. She communicates well with me and also communicates with my other doctors to be sure I am getting the right treatment. I can't say enough good things about Dr Ammunje.

Dr. Ammunje is my PCP and she is wonderful. She listens to what you say and she tailors the treatment to your specific needs. She has Great bedside manners and you can tell that truly cares for her patients. I consider myself Lucky to have such a Great PCP..

Dr Ammunje is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, congenial, professional and knowledgeable. I trust her with my healthcare needs.

With the covid 19 pandemic going, my mother can only have a zoom meeting with Dr. Ammunje as her first visit. We feel that she listened well and quite detailed in her questions to my mother without rushing the appointment. She is very pleasant and we look forward to meeting her for an in person appointment next time.”

From the moment I met Dr. Ammunje, I knew I was going to experience positive improvements in the quality of my life. At the initial visit, she truly listened, and even supported my thoughts and wishes on how I would hope to proceed. She's smart, open-minded, and humble.
