The staff were cold and lazy (female staff very reluctant to push wheel chair)Doctors keep saying 'not authorized not licensed' Nobody wants to really help you except saying'you going to lose your finger' What a waste of time, nothing to say so disappointing Alldoctors I've seen tells me my podiatrist can cut my nails but Dr. LO refused to do so. I guess those doctors never say no to insurance money ? I heard a lot of 'no's today from this place .very negative and ugly 'Dr. LO I come to you with high expectations but you let me down'

Time spent in the waiting room was minimal. Dr. Lo was very patient, answered all of my questions about my broken bone. I am very happy with her level of care!

Dr Lo is awesome! She's nice, personable, efficient and effective! I loved that she listened to my concerns and remembered them from last time that were not in her notes. Her office staff is just as friendly!
