Amazing Provider
I found Dr. Stepanian through my insurance provider's site after a health scare. She recommended surgery due to my condition and was able to get me in within a month. The surgery went well, recovery was a breeze, and I feel like I got my life back! My mother passed due to similar complications, so Dr. Stepanian's expertise and surgery potentially saved my life. She is always very sweet and greets me with a hug. She is very transparent which lets me know she cares about the facts and the best course of action. I plan to take my daughter to see her for annual checkups. I will 100% be back.

Staff terrible; recommended wrong therapy
Staff came in and out of the room while she had my legs spread apart. I felt that was very disrespectful. She used her psychic abilities to tell me what is wrong BEFORE the test results. The results were in opposition to what she said. Also the staff were extremely rude.

3yrs ago my life was completely turned upside down.I went from being a healthy, vibrant 43yro to a recluse. chained to the bathroom! ANYTHING I ate made me sick, with chronic diarrhea, constipation, excruciating body pain, constant nausea., weight loss of about 60lbs! I was constantly up all times of the day, night running to the bathroom, not able to sleep,only able to eat baby food, saltines, small amounts of water, ginger ale, chicken broth..my skin had began to peel, very painful! I saw 4 Gastro Doctor to be only told either it was all in my head, or I was stressed out because of covid. I saw 3 hematologist to be told by 1 that I was severely Anemic and would need iron Infusions(6) after having an MRI was told i had an enlarged uterus but no explanation. After seeing 3 gynecologicalist with no help. I was told by a friend about Dr. Stepanian. She saved my life! After seeing her in December by September I was having surgery for over 20 fibroids enlarged uterus 20cm.She'sTheBest

Incredible!
Dr. Stepanian is truly a life changer! She is beyond fabulous. Finding her has brought me immense happiness, and in my personal opinion, she has saved my life. Her exceptional knowledge of the female anatomy, along with her caring and understanding nature, makes you feel valued as a patient. Her willingness to take time to answer questions and her genuine concern for her patients is truly heartwarming. The fact that she personally called to check on me in the hospital after my surgery meant the world to me. Choosing her as your OBGYN will be a decision you won't regret. Additionally, her staff is also incredibly professional, very friendly, and caring, creating a welcoming environment. I used to dread visiting the OBGYN, but now I look forward to seeing her.

Outstanding experience and highly recommended
Who wants to visit a gynaecologist!??? Not me! Dr. Stepanian’s office and team make the experience “spa like” and stress free. The Dr. Is empathetic, professional and very interested in what you have to say. Addressed my concerns and follow up was exactly as promised. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Not what I expected
I waited almost an hour and a half to see her. She had not 1 but TWO people come in to ask me the same questions. No one introduced who they were or performed proper hand hygiene. You have to watch or they will bill you for everything- things you did not ask for and then she will turn around and say you have to communicate with HER so that she doesn’t perform things you didn’t ask her to do. NO- you ask the patient if they want extra procedures that they didn’t ask you for. Unprofessional. Front desk was very nice.

Highly skilled doctor with years of experience
Dr. Stepanian is a highly skilled doctor and surgeon. She knows how to treat many disorders. She is very kind and took great care with my procedure. Pre and post operative appointments were always handled with patience by the doctor and her staff. Dr. Stepanian answered all my questions and provided excellent care. She spent a lot of time with me during appointments. I felt such a relief to find someone who had the skills and many years of experience to treat a complicated condition. Regina and the nursing staff are very helpful and kind. Everyone is consistently nice and professional.

She's the best for endometriosis.
Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Stepanian. She's brilliantly wise, exceptionally thorough, personally warm, and she will figure out what's going on in your body. I originally went to her for endometriosis pain that had been debilitating for nearly 30 years, and I have now been entirely pain-free since she performed my surgery two years ago. Yes, you may wait a little longer than at other practices, but it's because Dr. Stepanian is taking care to know her patients, to listen to them, and to treat them as a whole person. She is WELL worth the wait. The entire staff (especially Regina at the front desk!) is warm and cheerful and caring beyond anything I've ever seen in a healthcare practice. Make an appointment--you won't be sorry.

A Woman Who Values the Community
Ms. Regina will move heaven and earth to get you the quickest appointment, and she is just the sweetest woman that you will ever meet. She is amazing at efficiency! She always helps me, even if she calls me multiple times to make sure I receive an important message from Dr. Stepanian by the end of the day. Angela, Diana, and Katherine are amazing nurses. Katherine is an excellent teacher and patient listener. Angela is knowledgeable and quick with whatever doctor orders. Diana is sweet and helpful. She makes me feel at home. Dr. Assia Stepanian is the best OB/GYN surgeon in the world. There is no one that will care for your total well-being, including your family, like this amazing soul. She doesn't rush patients into any treatments and knows all specialties of women's health. She ensures Diana checks your hemoglobin with your vital signs.Dr. Assia Stepanian makes her office feel like home and considers her patients as friends. If you need an hour, she will give you an hour.

The Best Physician
The Best Physician. In fact another physician referred her to me stating she is “The Doctor of all Doctors” and he couldn’t of said it better. The staff there from the Receptionist Ms. Regina, Katherine, and all the Nurses are kind, gentle, and courteous. They truly create a beautiful environment which is a reflection of their own hearts. I personally was searching for a Highly skilled empathetic Dr and Dr Assia Stepanian is beyond that. She is gifted. Prior to visit I researched her credentials, the dedication and research she has done through the course of her career is unmatched. Not to mention she comes from a lineage of great physicians as her Mother is a highly skilled physician, together they are the pioneers of minimally invasive procedures and Dr Stepanian has mastered that! The years of research and dedication is admirable! It’s unbelievable how skilled Dr Stepanian is. I am Truly honored to have been touched by her. I was seen with Great Care.

A surgeon who cares
Dr. Stephanian was the first doctor to ask me what I wanted. Other consults I went through, only focused on the removal of my fibroids, by any means necessary. I'm single, with no kids, but that shouldn't mean I have to make such a final decision so abruptly, and Dr. Stephanian let me know that. She cared. I truly believe I had the best recovery (3 weeks post op and back to do my normal activities) because she cares.

Great doctor, terrible practice
Dr. Stephanian is obviously a very knowledgeable and experienced physician, however, if you are expecting not to wait 30-45 minutes at an appointment, if you are expecting to get quality face-to-face time during an appointment (at a recent visit she had the nerve to get impatient with me for asking "too many questions"), or if you are expecting to get your phone calls returned after leaving half a dozen messages (with her very burned out front desk person) about your urgent health concerns, then you will be sorely disappointed. Basically, if you expect to be treated like a valued patient whose time is just as valuable and whose health is a priority, look elsewhere.

Great OBGYN
To begin with my comment Dr Stepanian is a caring doctor! When I first moved to Atlanta, looking into my Women’s health, quite hesitant because who would like to spread the legs open to a stranger? But Dr Stepanian is very professional, she explains all options and support my decision. And now my daughter is also seeing her as her OBGYN. Dr Stepanian is always in our conversation because she is really that great!

Dr. Stephanian and her staff are wonderful! So glad I found this practice when I moved to Atlanta. Dr. Stephanian is wonderful at what she does and you can really tell she cares for her patients. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for excellent care in women’s health

Doctor Assia has literally saved my life! Without her help, who knows where I would be today. During my regular check-up visit she identified a problem that should be taken care ASAP. She was very clear about my options and provided very detailed information, which helped me to make educated decision. Then Dr. Assia and all her stuff office acted super efficiently to finalize all the pre-op procedures and paperwork needed to go ahead. As the result, the whole journey took less than 2 months - from my initial diagnose to the procedure itself. All this time Dr. Assia and her amazing Team kept me informed and reassured in the successful outcome. So, I came absolutely ready and well prepared to the upcoming procedure. It went as smoothly and easy as promised. My recovery was amazing. On the next day of the procedure, I was literally dancing and had to remind myself to take it easy! Gynecology is a very sensitive and vulnerable field of medicine, and I personally feel that Dr. Stephanian's office is one of the best in the field! The office itself is absolutely stunning and pristinely clean. I've never walked into the lobby, triage, restroom, or exam room and seen even a speck of dust! If there's any disorganization in this office, it's very well hidden. The administrative staff is the most friendly and welcoming staff I've ever met - and I'm a medical administrator for a doctor who office shares with doctors of all kinds! Every time I walk in the door to the office I feel like I'm visiting with friends rather than coming in for a doctor's visit. I've only ever worked with one nurse for the year and a half I've been a patient, but I absolutely adore her! She's sweet, gentle, and humorous and makes the anxiety of an everyday visit melt away all while being completely professional! I cannot say enough about Dr. Stepanian! She truly cares about her patients and was extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging about an under-diagnosed condition I have related to infertility. She helped me see hope in my situation and always took extra time to listen to all of my questions. Without hesitation, I wanted Dr. Stepanian to perform my recommended surgery as I felt fully comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She truly was a God-send for me and such a big part of my recent journey to healing! She will forever be one of my favorite doctors.

I have been going to Dr. Stepanian for about 8 years now (I am 28) and couldn’t recommend her any higher. She has a wonderfully gentle and friendly demeanor. She explains everything thoroughly without rushing, even though her practice is always bustling. I am so thankful to have a doctor with an energy that doesn’t make me more nervous than I am naturally about getting my annual exam. Her team is also always wonderful.

Being told you may need surgery is never something anyone wants to hear, especially during a pandemic. Yet that is exactly what happened to me. However, looking back, I am glad I was told that, or else I would have never met Dr. Assia Stepanian. The staff at her office is always kind and professional. They had the same sense of gentleness and caring as their leader. From my first visit, I could tell how attentive and gentle Dr. Stepanian is with her patients. She listened to me and my husband, let us share our concerns, worked to create a plan that worked for us, and gave us her personal cell number in case we had any questions. Days before the surgery, her office staff completed blood work that I could not get an appointment for at the hospital due to Covid-19. I got a call from Dr. Stepanian to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed and wishing me a good night’s rest. How many surgeons do that? Dr. Stepanian is truly one of kind and worth your time.

This doctor and office are by far my favorite ob-gyn team that I've ever had. They are personable and make me feel like a family. Dr. Stepanian is not just extremely smart and knows her stuff but she is caring x 100%! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and needs answers from a doctor and staff who are willing to do what it takes. My mom also switched over to her and she is also thankful for her experience.
