Dr. Clarke had relocated to FL in 2015!
She is very thorough and reviews records in advance. Takes her own calls, sees you at night or on a weekend. Not sure who claimed to see her in 2016 and was it as employee with staff or at her own office where there was essentially no staff. She came to waiting room to welcome you and observe your gait, mood, all part of her exam.

She was very rude and disorganized, never got a receipt for any of my co-pays. Office was disorganized, no staff on hand at the front desk, it was only her.
