Dr. Rosak was friendly, reassuring and thorough in her explanations and answers to my questions. She put me at ease. My procedure went well and my recovery was smooth, just as she described it would be.

She is a wonderful doctor. I had to have emergency surgery and couldn't be more pleased with her. She took her time examining and talking to me before and after surgery.

Dr. Rosak spoke to me in a dismissive, condescending manner. She made a diagnosis without examining me. I feel that she treated me that way because I am a senior citizen.

Dr. Rosak is the kind of Dr. that upon the first visit sets your mind at ease. When she enters the room you are greeted with a very pleasant hello. Once Dr. Rosak finds out why you are there, then she goes through the steps to see if that is the case. In my case i had to have surgery. Dr. Rosak clearly explained all of my options. She was very meticulous in explaining step by step how the operation would go and what i should expect after surgery. One month after Dr. Rosak is very supportive.

In 2010 I found a lump in my throat and immediately went to go see a doctor at St. Joseph's Medical Center. That doctor referred me to Dr. Rosak. Dr. Rosak was always very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She followed up with me about my condition all they way through 2014 when I had to have total thyroidectom surgery which she assisted with and it provided me comfort that she was there. I am so appreciative of the care that she gave me while I was her patient.

Warm and kind. Very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge well. As a nurse I can be a bit judgemental about doctors, but she is fantastic.
