Dr. Attica Chang, MD

Stopped going here after many years. Dr. Chang is great but his staff needs upgrading. He finally had a decent girl at the front for a bit last year but she's gone now. Office management needs serious help! Unfortunately, after my most recent experience with the front desk once again, my family has finally cut ties with this practice.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Staff helping him are ineffective and inefficient! Still waiting 3 days later for a response!

AMAZING

I have gone to Dr Chang for various services ranging from facial peels/botox to squamous cell cancer removal for almost 20 years. Everyone in his office that I have ever dealt with has always been courteous and professional. Sometimes they are running late & I have had to wait for a long time to be seen on occasion. I have also been the person that has gone in for a particular thing and something like a suspicious spot which wasn't the reason for the visit has to be biopsied which takes more time. I have always gotten excellent treatment there.

EVERY VISIT WITH DR. CHANG IS BETTER THAN THE LAST

I was fine seeing the old PA. But she left the practice. Once I started seeing Dr. Chang everything went downhill. The first time I saw him he entered the exam room and kissed me while I was naked in a robe. Very awkward. Then he would not extend the refills on my medication after requesting it for over 2 weeks. The office staff is rude.

Poor surgeon, says he didn't need plastic surgeon for mohs on face..Regretting going to him for years know everytime i look in the mirror.

I had an appointment to see the P.A., Kenneth. He gave me a thorough examination and is very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time. I intend to have Kenneth continue with my care and treatment.

Dr. Chang and his PAs rush rush rush through your visit. Before you know it, the door is open because they are in such a hurry to get out. They have the gall to display a printed letter in every room about how they may be running late because patients may need more help or time for comfort. It's so hypocritical. They don't spend time with anyone. The skin checks are ridiculous - they don't look everywhere they should.

The nurses are great but the office staff is so terrible. Long holds on the phone, multiple messages left untold, terrible attitudes and zero confirmation calls or reminders. Definitely a displeasure to deal with.

Use to be a good office. Not anymore. Office staff reception rude. You can only see nurse practitioners. Had to return twice and pay two copays for the same problem. Still not resolved. Will not go back.

I found his care to be fine; but actually getting to see him is not easy. Front office staff could be more polite and helpful.

The front desk staff are very rude and standoffish. You have to ring a doorbell for them to open the window and they still don't open the window. Wait time is ridiculously long. Still haven't met the actual dr yet, but after all this waiting and being ignored (45 min) I am not coming back.

My experience with this office can only be described as poor My appointment was to see the doctor but instead I was seen by a PA This was disappointing but it gets better. I asked about a small blemish. The PA said it was nothing but asked if I wanted it removed anyway. I said no. A minute later she asked me again are you sure you don't want me to remove that? it'll only take a half a second. I said ok. I received a $150 bill for the 1/10th sec. nitrous squirt.

I was waiting in a small exam room, in only my underwear and a dressing gown, when the doctor walk in with 3 young ladies. The experience was uncomfortable considering that it was a full-body exam and there were others standing closely around me. I was not informed that there would be observers nor was I asked my permission. I thought the visit was handled in a very unprofessional manner. The next day I called the office, told them of my reaction, and informed them that I would not be returning.

Dr. Chang wasn't what I expected. although the office was busy, he literally only took 3 minutes to evaluate me and then poof he was gone. Dr. Chang was recommended by my gyno so I was expecting a little bit more time for him to really take a look at my skin and help me with my problem specially for a $200 bill. he gave me a steroid cream and said everything looked pretty normal. he was the first dermatologist iv tried and I wasn't satisfied.
