Disgusted
I’ve only seen Dr. Pasquale twice as the Dr. I had been seeing for over 20 years retired. Both times I was examined my eyes were dilated prior to my prescription eye exam which distorted the results causing me to have to return for adjustments. Both times Dr. Pasquale acknowledged that happens. The 2nd time it happened he got a little snippy with me as if I should know this is a possibility. I didn’t appreciate his attitude AT ALL! If you know it distorts the results why do you do it. I recently went to the office to have him complete his portion of my drivers license renewal as its required and was told they charge $15. Seriously?? The front desk staff is never pleasant and is never willing to print a formal receipt for insurance. They promise to mail and never do!! Every other medical office hands you a receipt before you leave. I’m done with this practice.

Dr. Pasquale seems competent but his staff is poor. Consultation for cataract surgery is short and consists mainly of a packet of technical information with photos of smiling happy people they give to you to take home. They pressure you to sign quickly to get on the surgery schedule. I balked and went elsewhere and I am glad I did. By contrast, my new doctor's office spent three hours giving me information and options and the doctor answered all of my questions personally. After I went elsewhere, Pasquale's office hounded me for payment for services that I had to get from the other doctor who actually performed the surgery. They threatened me with a collection agency.

This office is a little more like an office of yesterday. They move a little bit slower but I like it that way. I don't want to be rushed in and out of the door and wonder what the heck just happened. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Pasquale has a nice calming way about him. You know he is being thorough and is willing to answer all of your questions. There have been times when he has personally called with test results, which is awesome.

Appointment at 10:15. Seen on or about 11:40. Front desk staff said nothing. The provider was thorough and clearly demonstrated that he has done the examination numerous times. Found an acute medical condition requiring treatment. Demo'd remedies and procedure. Requested Rx. Unwilling to write claiming OTC. Felt pushed to buy from them. Was told Rx to be mailed. Not receptive to questions and felt rushed out of exam room so he can go to next room.

Dr.Pasquale LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE! I went to him for a routine eye examine thinking I needed new glasses. He quickly noticed a potential bigger eye issue & sent me for additional tests. I had three brain aneurisms!!!! If it were not for his quick action, I would not be here today - now 5 Years later! God Bless him - I owe him my life!

Very anxious to end exam and move on. Not receptive to answering questions, and definitely not follow-up questions. Referred me to his front office to explain some things about treatment. He apparently felt he was too busy. Spent a minimum of time explaining the operation procedure. I think he feels that he is above having to answer questions. When I asked a follow-up question, he said, "I just told you" That is not acceptable to me at all!
