Terrible. He removed my lap band and did a gastric sleeve. He left the opening too large and now I can eat more than with the lap band. I have gained 20 pounds since my surgery. He said it was a judgment call and he made a bad decision. I am very let down and angry. Now I will have to risk another surgery to accomplish my long desired goal. That is not to mention the cost which I am still paying for after a year.

Dr. Lyons is one of the best. He is so compassionate, caring & professional. He is an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend him. How many surgeons do you know that send you a sympathy card when you lose your spouse to cancer. May God bless him richly. Thank you Dr. Lyons for caring for my husband. Eternally grateful to USMD Doctors & nurses.

Today is my one year anniversary sleeve surgery performed by Dr Lyons. The surgery was a success. It bypassed my limited expect ions . My life is leaps and bounds better. My overall health is so much better I can't really put it into words. I am 65 years old and can only say I am living my dream.
