There are no words to describe Dr Oliver. She is knowledgeable and able to explain on a patient level, never appears rushed, always caring. Best Dr ever.

I don't even know her name. She walked into the room, more than an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, and said "I'm the surgeon ". I mentioned the 1 1/2+ hour wait time and instead of apologizing, she said in a not so polite manner, "we are doing our best".After coming home and thinking about the way she handled herself, I called and canceled my procedure because I don't want her to do anything to me.
