Dr. Schnitzer was very attentive and helpful. He diagnosed my different issues , explained them well and treated them successfully

Awful receptionist. Most unhelpful practice. Does not accommodate or listen to needs of patient. The receptionist when asked for help ignored questions, looked past me and returned to her duties. I felt invisible.

I was trying to get Dr Schnitzer to fax my husband’s prescription (he is 87) to the drugstore. I spent from 11:30 to 7pm and it was never resolved. I was told Dr Schnitzer had called it in twice, then I was told that it never went through, then I was told he could not do it electronically . When the pharmacist called the doctor's office to try and resolve the issue the receptionist hung up on her. Plus you have to wait for 20 minutes or more to even speak get the receptionist to talk with you. I am sure Dr Schnitzer is a good doctor and I know one staff person was nice but the other person who was also very rude to me as well as my pharmacist makes staying with this doctor impossible. I can't go through this hassle every time my husband needs a prescription. This was not an unreasonable request and we never got his meds that day and as of today the phone keeps saying "no one is available to take your call."
