Dr Washko She was so courteous and friendly as well as attentive to taking care of my father! I will most definitely be recommending her to others! I really appreciated how she broke everything down so my father could understand the process lastly we are so greatful my father is no longer living in pain!

Something about DPM, Ava Washko is very odd. She is not all there and canceled multiple appointments after the first encounter with her.

Very unprofessional. I’m a new patient who has had two appointments cancelled by the doctor. Every appointment day her office has called me to inform me the doctor won’t be available. This is not ok especially since taking off of work thinking I’m going to see the doctor on two different occasions. I was directed to go have X-rays which I paid for two weeks ago and I can’t see the doctor. So what am suppose to do. I have called and requested that she contact me personally. I chose this doctor because of her reviews which I’m finding out is all a lie. Thanks for being inconsiderate and having me spend money on X-rays you never intended to see.

My first appointment with Dr. Wasko was Dec 16th. She said I had a dislocation in my foot and had torn something. They did xrays in office and put me in a boot. I was told they would get me scheduled for an MRI and send over some pain medication. A week went by, then 2 weeks and I had heard nothing. I tried calling over and over again with no answer and the phone just ringing. I finally got ahold of the office nearly a month later in January. They then sent over a prescription that did not pertain to my injury. When I called about it, it was as if the receptionist had no clue. I was called back later that day and told not to use said prescription. I had my foot MRI done on January 18th. To this day I have not received any call from Dr. Wasko about my diagnosis or treatment. I have since gone to another doctor who claims there is no dislocations. One of the first things Dr. Wasko told me was that she does not allow anyone to fall through the cracks. Clearly that was a lie.

Great Experience! I had an ankle issue for almost a year. Dr. Washko diagnosed my problem right away and got me on a recovery plan. If it wasn't for Dr. Washko, I'd still be avoiding exercise. Now I'm on my way to recovery and finally getting back to leading a full life. Dr. Washko sincerely cared about me and my ankle issue and that compassion is hard to fine these days in a medical practice. I'd recommend her to anyone who has an ankle, toe or foot problem!
