Great listener, problem solver
Saw Dr. Reiss at Childrens urgent care in Seattle and she was such a great listener and really talked things through with me. I don’t necessarily expect that from urgent care… tends to be in and out. But when we found out it was not an ear infection for my 3MO she spent the time to walk through other possibilities and I really felt that she cared. Definitely went beyond my expectations and I very much appreciate the time and care she put into our visit, as well as her knowledge and expertise as we talked through other potential possibilities.
