Completely incompetent office staff
Office staff, on 5 different occasions, asked me to have my PCP's office resend info stating, 'It wasn't done correctly', but would never speak directly to my PCP's office. I would contact my PCP and then Dr Shakur's office again. They would tell me they had everything they needed for my appt only to call again with the same request. Then canceled my appt, pushing it back a month, then stated I didn't have recent enough labs...Only due to them pushing my appt back. The day before my pushed back appt they called telling me I needed to contact my PCP's office AGAIN stating they did not have the information they needed, although it had now been sent 5 separate times with them approving it 5 separate times. Having completely lost faith in this Dr due to his incompetent office staff I canceled the appt. I've been in the medical field 34 yrs and I've never had such an issue with an office staff
