Dr. Ayesha Kanwal, MD

They don't answer the phone, they don't call back, they don't do their jobs with pretty much anything. The dr is nice but the rest of the staff is lazy or rude. Has to be one of the most unprofessional groups of people I've ever encountered. They treat people terribly even when they are just trying to get these people to do their jobs.

She’s been my rheumatologist for over two years. My diagnosis is severe and affects me daily. She works tirelessly to help me!

Dr. Kanwal herself is fine... the main problem is her staff. Refills waiting for authorization sit for over a week than eventually get cancelled by the pharmacy, messages are never returned, and phone calls are rarely answered- and when they are you are put on hold for 25 minutes. Yes, 25 minutes. Without ever picking back up. I've been trying to get in touch with Dr. Kanwal's assistant for one simple question. It's been nearly two months of trying. Maybe this review will help me... but I'm not holding my breath. Oh! And I had labwork done two months ago with a very concerning change... with no communication. The only reason I know there's an issue is because I'm able to log in online to view the lab reports. I'm having to debate myself on whether to stop my own medication before I can see her again in a month (when she's next available)... I am 100% looking for a new rheumatologist's office. This is beyond unacceptable and very upsetting.

The staff is rude, unknowledgeable and I never get my calls returned. The Dr. is however kind, intelligent and goes all out for her patients.

Getting Refills is so hard. My mother struggles has to be calling and they have been sending it over to the wrong pharmacy for over a year now constantly have to drive over 45 minutes to pick up medication.
