Waiting for over a month for a physician's clearance form to be faxed back to my mother's dentist. Her dental appointment had to be rescheduled three times. Called again today and this time was told the doctor had the form in his brief case and would fax it back when he was in the office. Unacceptable treatment of patients. There is absolutely no respect. Why do doctors' offices have no accountability to their patients?

This doctor was AWFUL. He ordered the wrong test for me. HIS office staff is beyond Incompetent, scheduling me at the wrong location for my appointment not having my records transferred at my next appointment. I'm in my mid 40's and had a heart attack and all of my arteries are still blocked. The doctor NEVER called me with the results of my stress test and even though my blood work changed for the worse he never called to review with me. WORST DOCTOR & STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH.
